Before breaking out on his own with Parmesan Pea, Chef Anthony Marcel led the kitchens of Chicago's premiere caterers for decades, serving notables from Hollywood stars to Barack Obama and the Dali Lama.

Fresh and innovative, his menus delicately weave world flavors into exceptional tastes that energize your nutrition and food life. His inspirations come from the many regions of the USA and his hometown of Chicago, as well as his experiences across Asia, South America, Africa, and Europe.

Chef Marcel was classically trained at Kendall College's School of Culinary Arts, and is a member of the US Personal Chef Association.
